Why are the same products sold in walmart and in regular grocers cheaper at Walmart?

When I looked at the question, “Why are products cheaper at Walmart?”, people always answer saying that Walmart uses cheaper labor. However, that doesn’t really answer the questions why if you have two of the same products, one from a regular grocer like Safeway and one from Walmart, the one from Walmart will be cheaper. Plus, stuff from Walmart aren’t crappy. They sell the same things every other place sells, except for the products that are manufactured under their name. Also, if Walmart buys in bulk, why doesn’t every other super chain franchise companies? It’s not like buying in bulk is an ethic issue.

Has anyone had the Walmart Canopy furniture for a while and think its good?

How long does it take after an interview before Walmart calls you back?

I have just gotten a Tracfone, and I am trying to figure out where all of the locations are near me that sell Tracfone Airtime Cards. Can anyone tell me which stores usually sell these? I know I can get them where I got my phone, but that isn’t really that close to where I live. Do they have these for sale where you buy phone cards? There is a place near me that sells those and I am wondering if they might have the airtime cards as well. That would be really convenient for me. What other types of stores usually sell these?
