walmart
oh geez asked:

I did a little grocery shopping at Walmart for the first time last Thursday instead of my usual visit to Kroger, and I picked up the same type of Hillshire Farm meat like I always do. I made a sandwich with it today, and couldn’t stop smelling some sort of wet dog smell. I sniffed the container and it smelled like something died in there! I’ve never had a problem with it going bad before in a week. Does this have something to do with it coming from Walmart?

PS: Don’t ever buy perishable food at Walmart.

Zachary

i dont think it had anything to do with wal-mart, as long as it wasnt expired, it was probably fine, sometimes they just smell weird beause they are lock in a container.

You bought processed deli meat (or “lunch meat”) a week ago and are complaining that it didn’t last a week? What day did you first open the package?

Any type or brand of that processed/prepackaged meat will only last 3 or 4 days after it’s been opened.

Yeah, the ground beef and other stuff packaged by the wal-mart stores near me are really weird. The smell, texture, and taste are all very weird. We don’t shop for any type of meat there.

Why do produce and meats from Walmart seem to spoil more quickly? Because Walmart sells garbage.
