Annie Coulter’s Little Black Dress asked:

Is this Walmart’s fault or is it the fault of the Red State shoppers who frequent Walmart? Oh, that’s right, the Walmart store in question is on Long Island.

I don’t think that it is about liberals or conservatives. A person was killed. Political views dont matter in this case.

    2. ۩ Say What? ۩ on June 28th, 2009 8:36 am

Liberals and conservatives thinks that the shoppers needs to be controlled and held back.

    3. Advancing on June 30th, 2009 12:58 am

Did you just use “Liberal” and “think” in the same sentence? Liberals don’t care unless they can get money out of Walmart or they can buy some votes.

    4. Zu Ihrer Information on June 30th, 2009 5:02 pm

What does this have to do with politics? A person was killed, you cannot twist this around and try to blame it on an entire political group.

Your logic amazes me. So because it occurred in New York, Democrats are at fault? Wow…

My red-neck brother-in-law parked his car in the WalMart parking lot Thursday night and slept there with his wife, alarm set for opening hour.

I had to check the news story to make sure he wasn’t one of them.

I am a die-hard Republican, but this tragic accident has nothing to do with being Democrat or Republican.
Also, stop making us look bad by asking these dumba$$ questions.

    7. Young Mr Wilde on July 6th, 2009 7:52 am

IS there an official liberal view on this, or are you just bored on a Sunday?

    8. MAJ Nikki on July 8th, 2009 6:29 am

How evil… an innocent person was killed.

Such anger just because you lost an election. Go volunteer in a soup kitchen.

What does this have to do with being liberal?

I am liberal and I think it is horrible.

I hate the greed and insanity that have infected Christmas and the holiday season.

The conservatives get all cranky over stores saying “Happy Holidays” and call it the “War on Christmas”. This insane behavior does more to hurt Christmas than saying “Seasons Greetings”.

this has got to be one of the stupidest questions I’ve ever seen. You must be one sorry individual!

He got what he deserved, how dare he have a job

    13. Lib Slayer on July 19th, 2009 10:57 am

Liberals are elitests who despise Walmart because it so successfully serves the suburban and small-town middle-class.

Liberals despise individual prosperity, private property ownership, and the family. Private property and individual wealth is integral to individualism, and the enemy of the liberal. Liberals believe that wealth is static - anyone who makes money must be stealing it from someone else. Liberals dream of a return to a centralized, 1940’s urban environment. We all ride the bus from a small, dirty, big city apartment to an 8-5 union job. Yet, the liberal typically chooses a career which produces nothing of value - lawyer, bureaucrat, “activist”, etc. - and uses government to extract the wealth of others.

These stores set this up..and we have had past experiences when people have done far worst..

The simple answer is why go to a place that you know there is going
to be crazy shoppers that go nuts at the drop in prices?

      Can we legislate against STUPIDITY?

When you try to *change* the stupids rules..the you lose personal

freedom..in the end we all should be our own best counselors

    15. John W on July 21st, 2009 2:49 pm

Sad when someone lost their life over people just shopping.
Who cares what your political beliefs are. Maybe the stores should stop this practice. When you have people losing their life or being shot over shopping that is just mind boggling.

    16. Lyle G on July 22nd, 2009 7:19 am

      It’s New York.
      Need you any further detail?

    17. Barracuda on July 23rd, 2009 12:15 am

      Don’t make this political numbnut.

    18. Klaatu on July 23rd, 2009 7:15 pm

It’s the fault of the people who stepped on the clerk just to save a couple of bucks. What idiot told you that liberals blame anyone else?

By the way, you are the one claiming that liberals insult Walmart shoppers. You’re trying to imply hypocrisy where none exists.

    19. snoopy_0752 on July 25th, 2009 7:23 am

I think this one has already been resolved. Demo-boobs blame Bush. We already that Liberals are never to blame for anything.

I think I even heard that one of the Obama Media Stations was blaming the worker…something about him standing at the doors and yelling “McCain/Palin - 2010″ to the shoppers just before the doors swung open.

    20. sixtiesradical on July 26th, 2009 8:11 am

He was an underpaid employee who did the bidding of his union-busting manager who should have been the victim for participating in such a right-wing enterprise and the free-market free-for-all it engenders. It’s like yelling “sale” in a crowded theater, and it’s illegal if done by anyone other than a corporate pig.

    21. Martin JV on July 26th, 2009 4:47 pm

Who cares what any politician thinks about this? Your stupidass attempt to turn this on a political group is disgusting.

    22. Paloma d on July 29th, 2009 12:15 am

I think it is an appalling thing to make some cheap political point by using the death of a young man who was trying to earn his way in life. How dare you belittle his memory in this way??

how would you feel if someone did a similar thing to you?? Have you no personal decency?

    23. JazzMan on July 29th, 2009 7:54 am

They think that conservatives deliberately crush people for money all the time, but way more than one at a time.

    24. Omaha on August 1st, 2009 1:25 pm

The employee’s family should be well compensated by Walmart.

In regard to Long Island’s political leanings, it’s a very red part of the state. Long Island is where all the rich people live.

    25. walru55 on August 3rd, 2009 9:06 am

Pretty sure that those people that trampled the employee are simply dicks. Just because the state as a whole voted Democratic doesn’t mean that every single one of those jerks voted democratic, republican, or at all.

      Give me a break.

YOUR the very kind of person who will never permit America to regain its prominent place in the world,,much less in our own beloved country..Party ”HACKS” are no more than selfish evil self serving divisionist,,who care nothing about common good or national patriotism..Their interests are greed,,power,,and profit..They couldn’t care less about the country or what becomes of it..To make a political statement about a terrible accident,,defies decency..You know,,there are over 4000 of America’s finest Gladiators dead,,and thousands more maimed,,as a result of the ”Red”States President,,but that isn’t really worth talking about,,because we as Americans RE-ELECTED the same crew again,,AFTER they did what they did !! So We The People are just as responsible.. Having said that,,I’m surprised you didn’t add Bill Clinton caused it!! You shouldn’t even post on Yahoo,,until you THINK,,and have some decency about yourself !! SOLOMON

What a nasty little $hit you are. Hope this makes you feel really vindicated….Do you think Republicans don’t shop at Walmart to…If you do, you really are a lost little soul.

    28. mety9799 on August 10th, 2009 3:33 am

I wish we could stop being blaming, hateful, hurtful, sarcastic and ugly and start being Americans again.
